How do I set-up a password if using email to log in on the mobile app?

Press "forgot password" and follow the instructions to create a password the first time. You will be sent a password reset link via email.


If you've requested the email with the reset password link but did not receive it, please check your junk email inbox. You may need to add tech@solusguard.com to your contacts within your email account to prevent it from being blocked.
