On an iPhone, find the SolusGuard App in the App Store.
On an Android phone, find the SolusGuard App in the Play Store.
Enter either store and search "SolusGuard". Tap "Install" or "Get".
In order to login to the SolusGuard app you need a SolusGuard profile. If you are a user of the services, an account profile must be created ahead of time by your administrator. If you are an emergency contact for a user of the services, they must invite you as a contact before you log in.
1. Open the SolusGuard app.
2. Enter your cell phone number.
3. Accept the Term of Service and Tap "Get OTP"
4. Enter the password that you receive.
Upon logging in, you will be asked for permissions by the phone. It is important that you allow all permissions in order for SolusGuard to function properly. You can check the permissions from the app settings found in your phone's settings.
