Why am I not receiving the one-time password (OTP) when I try logging into the mobile app?

You may not receive your OTP because: 

  1. You've typed your cell phone number incorrectly.
  2. Your account has been set up with the wrong cell number.
  3. Your account has not yet been set up at all.
