How can I tell if the satellite extender is connected to my phone?

The SolusGuard mobile app will show you the status of your connection to the satellite extender in two places: the Satellite Connection page and the blue footer of the main page of the app. Both areas will indicate the strength of your satellite signal and whether you have any pending queued messages.


Searching for Satellite Device = Satellite Extender is Not Connected to your cellphone


Satellite Signal Low = Satellite Extender is Connected but is not receiving a satellite signal

1-5 Bars of Signal Strength = Satellite Extender is Connected and is currently receiving a satellite signal
