How do I use "My Schedule"?

Modified on Mon, 15 Jan at 11:39 AM

"My Schedule" is found under the "My Saved Data" section of the SolusGuard app settings menu. You can use "My Schedule" to schedule your intended check-in sessions ahead of time.

When you open My Schedule for the first time, you'll see a calendar with no events scheduled.

To schedule a check-in session, tap on the plus button and begin entering the relevant information in the check-in fields. You can enter this information manually or use your saved data.

Once you've scheduled your check-in session, it will be listed under the calendar in My Schedule.

To begin a scheduled check-in session, tap on the Start Check-In button on the home screen of the app. The app will list any scheduled check-in sessions for the day. You also have the option to create a new check-in session from scratch.

When you select your scheduled event from the list, the event details will be filled with the information that you entered when scheduling the event. These fields can still be edited prior to starting the check-in session.

Some Pro Tips for scheduling Check-In sessions:

  • You cannot schedule overlapping events. You can schedule back-to-back events as long as the start time of your later events does not overlap with your earlier events.
  • Your scheduled Check-In sessions will not automatically start. You must select and start the event yourself from the Check-In page.
  • Your scheduled events don't have to be started exactly at the scheduled start time. The event start time is an anticipated start time to allow wiggle room for any delays or changes in your schedule.
  • You're not required to select a scheduled event; you can always manually create a new event.
