What is "My Saved Data"?

"My Saved Data" is a feature directly related to the check-in software. "My Saved Data" is accessed through the SolusGuard app menu and allows users to prepopulate lists of certain information, or schedule intended check-in sessions to make running check-in sessions down the line more efficient.


As seen in the screenshot below, "My Saved Data" contains three main sections: 

  • My Schedule - A calendar where you can plan your check-in sessions ahead of time
  • Vehicles - A list of your frequently used vehicles
  • Destinations - A list of your frequently visited destinations




When starting a check-in session, you can select scheduled events for that day or you can access saved information from drop-down lists instead of manually typing it out in the check-in fields:
