The App is telling me the device is disconnected. What should I do?

There are a few factors that will cause a SolusGuard Wearable Panic Button (WPB) to disconnect from the SolusGuard Mobile Application (the App). First thing is to check these things:

- Make sure the cellphone's Bluetooth is turned on

- Make sure the WPB is not dead. To be sure, attach it to the charging cable and make sure the LED light is coming on

- Make sure the WPB is in Bluetooth range of the cellphone

If the previous factors have been checked, head into the App and try any of the following techniques:

- tap "Reconnect" and wait up to 5 minutes

- turn the cellphone's Bluetooth off and back on, tap "reconnect" and wait up to 5 minutes

- turn the cell phone off and back on, tap "Reconnect" and wait up to 5 minutes

- perform a soft reset using the pinhole button on the WPB (make sure you don't perform a factory reset when trying this)

If these techniques don't help, reach out to SolusGuard directly for assistance.
